City Health Practice - Bransholme

Bransholme Health Centre

About Us

On December 1st 2017, our practice became part of a new organisation in Hull for the delivery of General Medical Services, City Health Practice Ltd. Our partnership includes Southcoates Medical Centre and Marfleet Lane Surgery.  We work alongside these practices to improve your patient experience and to expand the choices available to our patients.

City Health Practice Ltd is a subsiduary of City Health Care Partnership.  City Health Care Partnership CIC is an independant "for better profit" co-owned business responsible for providing community health and intergrated social care services to the population of Hull.

We are a friendly practice supported by a team of staff. The Practice is committed to ensuring that, as far as is reasonably practicable, the way in which we provide services to the public and the way in which we treat our staff reflects their individual needs and does not discriminate against individuals or groups on any grounds.

  • Will ensure that all visitors are treated with dignity and respect and in line with the Practice dignity and respect policy.
  • Will promote equality of opportunity between men and women
  • Will not tolerate any discrimination against, or harassment of, any visitor for reason of sex, race, colour, religion, religious or philosophical belief, nationality, age, ethnic origin, marital status, civil partnership, disability, sexual orientation or gender re-assignment.
  • Will provide the same treatment and services (including the ability to register with the practice) to any visitor irrespective of sex, race, colour, religion, religious or philosophical belief, nationality, age, ethnic origin, marital status, civil partnership, disability, sexual orientation or gender re-assignment.
